Mr. Lefavour has 20 years of experience, which includes the planning, permitting, design, construction and management of complex projects, ranging in size from under $100,000 to $200 million. He has spent fifteen years of his professional career completing these projects for Vermont clients and has extensive experience in Act 250 and other environmental permitting work.

Mr. Lefavour prepares permit applications, supporting narrative and other documentation for these projects. He also represents clients at hearings, provides effective communications throughout the permit process and is an effective negotiator with environmental regulatory agencies. He has provide testimony at public hearing on wastewater treatment, sludge processing, water treatment, construction practices, transportation, traffic, noise, and other issues.
